About me


I have more than ten years of professional experience, during which time I have gained a lot of experience as a technician, IT specialist and graphics operator.

Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with countless individuals and companies to gain insight into the complex and unique problems that can arise in IT, which have only grown in the corporate environment. In the process of identifying, troubleshooting, repairing and preventing these problems on a regular basis, I have always been exposed to many new things.

Later, as a technician, I started to repair a wide range of hardware components with the precision expected by a German company, in a guided framework. I understand this to mean a long list of PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, plotters, monitors, phones, tablets and other hardware, including, but not limited to, troubleshooting broken motherboards, replacing printer cylinders, replacing processors in laptops and PCs, replacing scanner motors, calibrating plotters and testing monitors.

It is natural to carry out the workflow of the current customer company determined by the extent to which it was worth modifying and repairing the equipment.


As a system administrator, I had the opportunity to use and put into practice my network and software maintenance skills, as it was a building design company, so the continuous backup of invaluable designs, the smooth AutoCad and ArchiCAD teamwork and the provision of technical support appropriate to local conditions were invaluable.

Continuous development, learning and broadening my horizons is not an option for me, but a daily routine.

With this website, my aim is to provide more detailed information and insight about myself and my work.

The wide range of experience and knowledge I have gained in my professional career in a variety of roles is up to the expectations of the many possible situations and provides a solid basis for high quality and effective work.

In all the jobs I have held over the past 15 years, I have gained a wealth of experience that I can put to good use in almost any job to ensure that I continue to work effectively and successfully to the high standards I expect.

• I have several years of experience in servicing and setting up IT tools, as well as in the effective use of a wide range of useful knowledge gathered in customer relations.

• I have gained a lot of experience in the development of systems, methods and tools used in my IT work (e.g. internal systems of small and medium-sized enterprises, company image, customer communication), as well as in the development, implementation and operation of new ones.

• In all my IT work, one of my main activities has always been to maintain contacts, and a customer-oriented approach has always been important to me.

• I have considerable experience in the use of internal communication methods and employee satisfaction measurement.

I like working in a team to achieve common goals. I have led small teams (3-5 people) and large teams (10-15 people). Of course, I am also able to work independently, making and implementing the necessary autonomous decisions.

I consider myself to be a very good communicator and leader, flexible and dynamic, resilient, persistent and committed person, who can not only achieve any goal I set, but also present myself as a role model, moving forward as much as possible and inspiring others.
